At Pack N Vape, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping through DPD to ensure your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition.


1. Shipping Options & Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard UK Delivery (1-3 Business Days)
  • Express UK Delivery (Next Business Day – Orders Placed Before 2 PM)
  • International Shipping (3-7 Business Days, Depending on Destination)

All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) and dispatched via DPD with full tracking.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (UK time) on weekdays are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment in real time.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a DPD tracking number.
  • You can track your order directly on the DPD website or via the DPD app.
  • If you do not receive a tracking link, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

4. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, DPD will attempt redelivery the next working day.
  • Alternatively, DPD may leave your parcel at a local DPD Pickup Shop for convenient collection.
  • You can reschedule or arrange redelivery via the DPD tracking link provided in your dispatch email.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Standard UK Delivery: £5.95 (Free for orders over £50)
  • Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Tracked: £7.95
  • Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked: £5.95

International Delivery: Costs vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.


6. Customs & Import Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Pack N Vape is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
  • Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact DPD customer support with your tracking number.
